Every candidate completes the identical scenario under identical conditions. Scores derive from specific observable behaviours, not from interviewer impressions, tone or appearance, which removes the most common sources of bias. Evaluation criteria are defined in advance and applied consistently.
What happens to hiring data after the process?
Candidate data is handled under Anthropos’s DPA and GDPR-compliant retention policies, stored for the duration your team configures. If a candidate is hired, their verified skill profile can optionally transfer to the Workforce platform, so onboarding starts from evidence, not a blank profile.
